Good afternoon! I have a first cousin Evelyn Cruz Quolas who is actually residing in California, USA who has applied for a house and lot in Camella Homes in Kando, Ilocos when she came over for a vacation here in the Philippines. She has paid a certain amount for the acquisition of the said house and lot. However, she has neglected to continue paying the remaining balance because she went back to California, USA. Now, she is asking me the favor to find out how to go about it since she wants to pay whatever is due. Please let me know what and how to arrange this situation.
