Gloria Alano-Caluya a former professor of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU) Batac City and a native of Laoag City decided to open this resort to the public in 2004.The 1.6 hectares filled with forested terrain is the perfect backdrop to a nature-enhanced scenic journey of the Laoag Padsan River.
