MuzonNHS is a public high school situated in Barangay Muzon, Taytay, Rizal, Philippines. It is a government funded high schools that offer Junior High School in areas. It is established  in 2009 and formerly known as Noel P. Ireneo Memorial National High School. It is a school extension of Taytay National High School that's why it also called Taytay National High School - Muzon Annex. The institution aims to mold student's cognitive development, affective domain and psychomotor well being which is directed from the Department of Education's Curriculum (Kindergarten-Grade twelve) k-12. It is the first high school built in Barangay Muzon, Taytay, Rizal, Philippines. The students studying here are so called Muzonians. The school has two main buildings located in Narra Street, San Miguel Subdv Barangay Muzon, Taytay, Rizal for NARRA Campus and Sapphire Street, Ciudad Grande Executive Homes, Barangay Muzon, Taytay, Rizal for CIUDAD Campus. It is a Junior High School type of public schools.
