The Villa is away from the crowded and noisy area of Boracay. It is constructed with 3 buildings in Balinese style built on 1700 sqm surface, connected with each other by nice flowered terraces and decorated hallways, optimally using the undulating terrain of the Mt. Luhu hill, resulting in spectacular views, from every corner of the infinity of the sea and its embrace of Boracay island with its stunning beaches!

All 4 big bedrooms of the villa are spacious and fully equipped, included glass windows from ceiling to floor, affording the guests with a fantastic view of the ocean and the Boracay landscape. The Villa can accommodate up to 8 persons and another 2 persons in SPA room area for an extra of $100.00 per person. Each Den Pasar villa bedroom has a spacious and complete bathroom.

The Villa has a stand-alone 64 square meter living and dining room alongside a sizable infinity pool, facing the spectacular sea & island scenery. The sides of the infinity pool are set up with cushioned beach beds + parasols and is directly connected to the lower sun deck. At the cliff side of the Villa you’ll find a large and beautiful Spa with Jacuzzi, cold plunge, sauna room, shower room and a lounge with TV set to complete your total relaxation and recreation. On top of the Spa a pleasantly furnished sun deck waits patiently for your body presence to be tanned. All with a breathtaking view! The kitchen is situated in the lower part of the living and dining room. Fully equipped with all modern appliances! A real domain for a hobby cook, fish frying with a sea view!
